MANE salon
From the branding to every interior design decision it is steeped in heritage, sustainability, and attention to detail.
The Brand.
With years in the industry and a global consciousness in mind we wanted the brand to feel like you were stepping into an ancient understanding of human’s heritage and pride for beauty. From indigenous tribes to the animal kingdom, aesthetics have always had more meaning than just appearance. We felt that using globally conscious elements steeped in a sense of “story” held the gravitas of historical beauty. And what animal carries that better than a Lion’s mane.

RUSTIC MODERN
From reclaimed horse fence floor boards, upcycled industrial light fixtures, to hand carve plaster walls we’ve done every inch of the experience with love, artisan craftsmanship, and consciousness of materials in mind to be the visual and experiential foundation of the brand.
Exclusive Artist Creations.
We worked with globally celebrated and recognized artist, Jordan Waraksa, to design functional sculptures with the space for the front desk redwood tree burl slab, live-edge cherry wood station mirrors, and custom designed esthetician station iron-cut to mimic the live-edge wood of the stations.

“I always wanted to create a mind-blowing and creative space where I, as a hair stylist, felt inspired and honored to welcome people in and call them family.”

2nd floor
A Modern “Lion’s Den”
The second floor of MANE salon is below the first floor. With the lack of natural light we decided to take the same rustic design from upstairs and futurize it with an extremely modern twist. Inlayed LED lights into the live-edge walnut mirros, exposed ceiling to add height, and hidden LED lighting within the rustic ceiling to round out the lighting in ways that make even natural light jealous. The color pallatte is clean, bright and extremely inviting.
“Build it and they will come.”

BEFORE & after
More than a build out - A Vision.
The interior design of our space was a complete rehab form the new copper piping, every station having it’s own circuit breaker, all the way to the frosting and jimmies on top!
THE NUMBERS.
The real estate has been appraised at $575,000.
• The business has been appraised at $297,033.
• This is a very unique opportunity for the buyer because it does not include any markups of time or value from our team of interior designers, branding developers, and visionary concept artists. Each floor took over a year of development from concept to completion. As you can see with how the salon was imagined, the upstairs and downstairs are each separate projects and concepts that work under one branded umbrella with 21 stations.
• Total asking price: $872,033.

“A space comes alive when you breath part of your soul into it. When you stop seeing the canvas and fall in love with how it moves you.”
